Are you an intermediate climber or someone who feels stuck at a plateau? Our Climbing Assessment is designed to help you break through those barriers and identify the areas that need focused attention.

This assessment serves as a prerequisite for the Technical Advancement class or Personal Coaching.

Climbing Skills Evaluation:

• During this portion, we’ll assess your current climbing abilities, including movement, technique, and problem-solving on the wall. This helps us determine the specific technical areas you need to improve.

Physical & Finger Strength Assessment:

• We’ll also evaluate your overall physical fitness, with a special focus on finger strength and endurance, which are critical for climbers looking to advance. Expect tests on grip strength, endurance, and general physical conditioning related to climbing.

• The insights gained from this assessment will not only highlight your strengths but also pinpoint areas that need improvement. This way, when you join the Technical Advancement class, you’ll be placed in a group that matches your current level, ensuring that each session is both challenging and rewarding.
