Q: Do I need to have any climbing experience to benefit from this Boot Camp?
A: None whatsoever! This course is designed with complete beginners in mind but it can still be helpful if you have been climbing for a few months. Through a systematic method that will identify individual requirements, we can accommodate climbers with different levels of experience.
Q: Must I have good upper-body and finger strength to enjoy climbing?
A: Not at all! We will teach you to rely on good footwork and core stability to maintain balance and control while you climb to avoid falling. Our comprehensive strength training sessions will develop strength for the full body, foster mental resilience and avoid overuse injuries to allow you to continue progressing over time.
Q: What happens if I’m unable to attend one session (either Fitness or Technique)?
A: You will have the opportunity to attend a make-up session in the following intake cycle, limited to two sessions as we need to strictly control class sizes for best results.
