The BM Boot Camp is designed for newcomers looking for a full-body workout while learning basic climbing skills. Expect to see overall improvement in your strength, flexibility and endurance.
Fitness sessions (Wednesday - 8:30pm) : 1 Hour
Technique segments (Saturday - 12:00pm) : 1.5 Hours
Only $40/session - limited to 6 participants per intake!
Payment needs to be made upfront. We accept split payments of 50% if requested.
