    Want to train like a climber without stepping on the wall?

    Our ClimbFit class is a fitness-focused session that uses climbing-inspired movements to build full-body strength, mobility, and endurance. Led by experienced instructors, you’ll go through dynamic workouts utilises movement patterns and training techniques that climbers rely on, this session helps you build strength, mobility, and endurance in a fun and supportive group setting. It's a fun, effective way to get fit, improve functional movement, and boost your overall athleticism.

    What you’ll experience in ClimbFit:

    Core & Mobility Work: Strengthen your midsection and improve range of motion through climber-specific drills and stretching.

    Upper & Lower Body Conditioning: Build endurance and power using bodyweight and resistance exercises commonly used in climbing training.

    Grip & Forearm Training: Engage muscles often neglected in traditional workouts through grip-focused movements for a well-rounded fitness boost.

    High-Intensity Intervals: Sweat it out with circuits that enhance cardiovascular fitness while training like a climber—minus the wall.

    Please arrive 10 minutes early for class briefing and warm-up. All equipment will be provided. No prior climbing or fitness experience needed—just bring a water bottle and your energy!
